Which studios offer which services?
Automated spray tanning is available at Bondi and Manly. Full-body LED Red Light Therapy is available at Bondi, with a 30-minute session booked separately.
How long does a tan take?
The automated booth tans and dries in under five minutes. Allow extra time on your first visit for app access, preparation and the room instructions.
How do I get into the studio?
Have the Casa Soleil app ready with Bluetooth enabled. Check in at the studio door reader, then again at your treatment-room reader. The first-visit guide includes the access video.
How should I prepare?
Exfoliate and shave the night before. Arrive without makeup or moisturiser. Bring your phone and choose loose clothing and easy shoes for afterward.
Which colour should I choose?
Portofino has a green base for a balanced finish. St Tropez has a caramel base for a warmer golden glow. Mykonos Express has a purple base for a cooler olive finish and faster rinse timing. Each is available in light, medium, dark and extra dark.
When can I rinse?
Follow the timing for your selected base and depth in the colour guide and room instructions. Mykonos Express rinses sooner than Portofino and St Tropez; colour continues developing after the first rinse.
Do I need to bring anything?
Bring your phone with the Casa Soleil app installed and Bluetooth enabled. Remove watches and jewellery before your session and remember to take them with you afterward.
What if I need help?
Call Casa Soleil on 0483 931 107 and explain which studio you are at and the step you need help with. Do not make another paid booking to resolve a machine or access problem.
